Step Them Down

I was in a local train and a fellow traveler telling his annoyance about BSNL. He said, “I was trying to call Bharat gas all day long, but all in a vain. After full day trying, I have to go there personally to lodge a complaint. There, I casually asked, how come your phone was engaged all the time? They told me that their phones weren’t engaged, instead, because of BSNL now you can’t contact from a mobile, you have to call from a BSNL phone. It’s ridiculous. Suppose there’s an emergency, then what? A victim of criminal offence, trying to call police, then what? Does everyone must have a BSNL? It’s too much! If such act was committed by a private company, all people were browbeating. Its MD had to step-down, but it is government undertaking company, so everything is all right. I say, the concern minister and officers must be stepped-down and they ought to be prosecuted in a criminal case.”
